‘Le Petit Musee’

Our initial Residency earlier this year in the Chateau, and ongoing work, is culminating in this 2 Person Show within the Chateau. My pieces have been inspired by the extraordinary finds within the attic, including vintage 1940’s dresses, shoes, childrens’ board games, and chilling historic 1940’s newspapers. This experience got me thinking about my own family history, my Polish Tailor Grandfather, and his brother and families’ fate when fleeing from the Nazis in Paris, back to Poland in the1940’s.
